A group Equine Assisted Therapeutic process, ideal for kids and Adults with physical, mental and emotional challenges. Equine Assisted Therapy (EAT) incorporates horses into the therapeutic process and is ideal for people that struggle with building trust, confidence and empathy. It assists with creating emotional awareness, assists with developing social skills, it teaches impulse control and problem-solving skills. This hands-on form ofsupervised therapy includes the feeding, washing and grooming of horses, leading horses and sitting on andbeing led on the horse. Each person will be evaluated individually to determine the course of therapy

No prior horse riding skills are required. The focus is on ground-based activities and interactions with the horses, making it accessible to individuals of all experience levels.

Participants are advised to wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Helmets may be provided for additional safety, especially for younger participants.
