Our commitment to a seamless experience extends to our cancellation policy: full refunds for cancellations 72 hours in advance, 50% for 48 hours, and unfortunately, no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. Sick individuals within the cancellation policy must provide a sick note. Moreover, safety is paramount, and we reserve the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions, prioritizing the well-being of our participants, a decision made by our experienced instructor.
